Good morning! I have begun using Chalean Extreme and it is fantastic. I have learned so much about weight training and it has totally changed my beliefs! I’m going to work on it for the next month but the original schedule wasn’t quite right for me. I really prefer to work out five days a week and take off the weekends. This keeps me from feeling overwhelmed with a program. Plus, when the weekends get crazy busy, I’m not struggling to fit in my workout. It’s just a nice break.
So, I made a modified schedule for five days a week, Monday through Friday, and thought I would share it with you! I noticed that weight training is done every other day to give your muscles rest, so I incorporated that into the schedule. This is only for the first phase of three for Chalean Extreme, called the Burn Phase.
